Consumers initiate contact by calling a participating clinic and voluntarily providing their phone number.

 

Information collected through our services is limited to basic contact and inquiry details necessary to notify the clinic of your request.

 

We do not intentionally collect detailed medical histories, diagnoses, or full clinical records.

 

How We Use Information

 

We use information to:

- respond to inquiries
- notify clinics of patient requests
- enable clinics to follow up with callers
- improve website functionality and services
- maintain security and prevent fraud

Phone numbers collected are used solely to facilitate follow-up communication related to a user’s inquiry or missed call and are not used for marketing purposes.

 

Healthcare and HIPAA Context

 

Prime Patient Connect provides communication technology used by healthcare-related businesses.

 

We are not the healthcare provider and do not control how healthcare providers use patient information.

 

Our services are designed to support the HIPAA "minimum necessary" principle by limiting the information captured to basic intake details.

 

Healthcare providers remain responsible for their own patient records and HIPAA compliance.

Prime Patient Connect captures inbound call information and delivers notifications to participating clinics. We do not communicate directly with callers via SMS or other outbound messaging on behalf of clinics. All follow-up communication with callers is conducted solely by the clinic.

We do not sell personal information.
