Prime Patient Connect LLC provides AI-assisted missed-call response and communication relay services for medical, wellness, and aesthetics practices.

 

The platform is designed to capture limited caller-provided information and notify the appropriate clinic so their staff can follow up directly with the caller.

 

Prime Patient Connect does not provide electronic health record (EHR) services, clinical decision support, patient scheduling, or medical treatment.

 

No Medical Advice

Prime Patient Connect does not provide medical advice and does not replace licensed healthcare providers. Any medical decisions should be made directly with a qualified healthcare professional.

 

Healthcare Data and HIPAA Responsibilities

 

Prime Patient Connect provides communication and notification technology used by healthcare-related businesses.

 

Prime Patient Connect is not the healthcare provider and does not control how healthcare providers use or maintain patient information.

 

Our services are designed to support the HIPAA “minimum necessary” principle by limiting captured information to basic intake details.

 

The healthcare practice remains the system of record for patient information and is responsible for its own HIPAA compliance, patient recordkeeping, and clinical workflows.

Communications

Prime Patient Connect facilitates the capture of inbound call information and delivery of notifications to participating clinics. Prime Patient Connect does not communicate directly with callers via SMS or other outbound messaging on behalf of clinics. All follow-up communication with callers is conducted solely by the clinic.

 

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when interacting with our services. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Prime Patient Connect LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Patient Connect LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or services.

 

This includes, but is not limited to, missed communications, delayed notifications, or third-party system failures.

 

Third-Party Services

Prime Patient Connect relies on third-party technology providers including telephony, messaging, cloud services, and CRM platforms to deliver portions of the service.

 

Prime Patient Connect is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or outages caused by third-party providers.
