Prime Patient Connect – SMS Consent and Messaging Terms

 

Program Description:
Prime Patient Connect sends SMS notifications to clinic staff regarding missed calls and internal lead tracking. These messages are strictly for internal business use and are not sent to patients or consumers.

 

Opt-In Process:
Clinic staff opt in to receive SMS messages during onboarding. As part of system setup, staff provide their phone number and give explicit verbal or written consent to receive SMS notifications related to missed call alerts and lead tracking.

 

Message Frequency:
Message frequency varies based on call activity. Staff may receive a message each time a missed call occurs, as well as occasional follow-up reminders related to lead status.

 

Message and Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply.

 

Opt-Out Instructions:
Staff can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once opted out, no further messages will be sent.
